Day One


Three specialty sandwich choices.

Italian Grinder: Thinly sliced Genoa salami, mortadella, ham and provolone cheese are layered on flame-grilled bread with bruschetta-style sliced tomato, crisp romaine lettuce, and a garlic-herbed cheese spread.

Veggie-licious!: Thin layers of perfectly grilled zucchini, red bell pepper and yellow squash are lightly seasoned with Moroccan spice, nestled on foccacia bread and finished with a zippy hummus spread

The Big Turkey: A more than generous pile of sliced Smoked turkey breast on flame grilled hearty multigrain bread with Colby cheese, crisp romaine lettuce, tomato, and peppadew mustard sauce to give some Zing!

  • Chef's choice of salad, chips, sweet treat, such as a cookie or bar.

Day Two

  • Chicken Picatta: Chicken breast pounded thin, lightly breaded and finished with a champagne lemon caper sauce
  • Veggie Lasagna: Thin slices of grilled zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow squash and caramelized onion, covered with a brandy - tomato cream sauce
  • Garlic - White Truffle Mashed Potatoes
  • Assorted fresh baked breads and rolls: Accompanied by chef's selection of three flavored butters/spreads
  • Green Garden Salad: Mixed torn salad greens Tossed with grape tomatoes, cucumber, large carrot peels, red onion and bell pepper. Finished with mustard shallot vinaigrette
